Foggy windows

Foggy windows are caused by broken seals, which allow moisture in the air to enter between the panes, and build up over time.
Causes are usually faulty manufacturing or shifting and settling of the building.
It is not possible for the low-pressure window cleaning system used on windows to fracture or break seals. It is usually less pressure than your tap water feeds.
We do have a minimum charge for most residential window cleaning and pressure washing.
The removal of hard water stains from your glass is not part of ordinary or customary window cleaning. This can be performed at additional cost.

We manufacture our own Spot Free Water
Parts per million of dissolved solids are 0 - 7
We use a self-contained mobile water system - all water we use is brought on location to the customer

We have adopted this policy in light of the increasing costs of gasoline and other associated costs. This is to help maintain a cost effective pricing structure for you, our valued customers. Phone quotes are only an average and may be higher or lower. In 99% of residential window cleaning quotes the price is accurate.
