Tears have shed

As a grateful employer, it’s never easy to say goodbye to an employee who has been an integral part of your team. But sometimes, it’s necessary for them to move on and pursue new opportunities. When an employee has spent four years growing with you and your company, it can be especially bittersweet to see them go. However, it’s important to send them off with warm regards, hopes for success, and gratitude for all they’ve done for your company.

We met Christina on Facebook and in the rave scene many years ago. One day she asked if we had any work she could help with, while she was starting her own housekeeping business. Over time we became friends and she even became a loved one in my life, family. It has been an absolute honor to have had the years coaching and mentoring her. Without Christina as a member of the Poor Man Family over the past three years and my many surgeries, Poor Man Window Cleaning may not even be around today. During my surgery recoveries, Christina ran the company. From phone calls and email, to scheduling and leaving the clients happy with their services, she has been our rock-star!

Today, I want to take some time to write a heartwarming and encouraging blog for an employee who is leaving after four years with our window cleaning company. I hope this message will not only express our appreciation for her dedication and hard work but also encourage her as she takes the next step in her career.

Dear Christina,

As you prepare to move on to the next chapter in your life, I wanted to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude for all you’ve done for me personally and Poor Man Window Cleaning over the past four years. You’ve been an incredible asset to our team, a loved one, a family member, a devoted friend, and we’ll miss you dearly. It is with all the ache in our hearts that we look forward to seeing you shine and your future expand with your sure to come newfound success.

From the day you first joined our company, you’ve been a dedicated and hardworking employee. You’ve always gone above and beyond what was expected of you, and you’ve consistently shown a level of commitment and professionalism that is truly remarkable. Your positive attitude, sensitive heart, work ethic, and attention to detail have been an inspiration to us all.

One of the things that have impressed us most about you is your ability to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, and your emotional growth. Over the years, you’ve taken on new responsibilities and challenges with enthusiasm, and you’ve always been willing to lend a helping hand to your coworkers. Your willingness to learn and grow has not only benefited our company, but it has also helped you to develop your skills and expertise.

We’re incredibly proud of all you’ve accomplished during your time with us. You’ve helped us to build our company into what it is today, and you’ve played a significant role in the success we’ve achieved. We know that your talents and abilities will take you far in your new endeavors.

As you embark on this new chapter in your life, we want you to know that we’re here to support you in any way we can. We believe in you, and we have no doubt that you’ll excel in whatever you choose to do next. We hope that you’ll stay in touch and keep us updated on your future successes.

Thank you again for all you’ve done for our company over the past four years. We’re grateful for your contributions, to have been a part of you and your families life, and we wish you all the best as you move forward.

We have shared countless hours side by side working, breaking bread, and less than two feet from each other in the cab of the work rig. You have earned my loyalty, respect, trust, and love. You will be sorely missed.

Sincerely,

P.M.Brian
